Welcome to St Vincent de Paul!

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Catholic lay organization dedicated to works of charity for the poor and needy. SVdP is an international organization; our Resurrection Conference has been in operation since 1995. Members of SVdP are men and women who strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to individuals in need. We serve the poor and needy in the Sunnyvale, California area.

“Yours must be a work of love, of kindness, you must give your time, your talents, yourselves.”

- Blessed Frederic Ozanam, Founder of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul

St Vincent de Paul Corner - Week of July 12

Neighbor-to-neighbor assistance:
We wish to thank all of the parishioners who generously give to
our SVdP conference. Your donations make it possible for us to
help many needy families during these difficult economic times.
In June, we helped twenty-four families with assistance including
$2,872 in grocery gift cards and food, $2,356 in rent, $150 in
transportation expenses, $2,400 in assistance to other conferences,
$605 in miscellaneous expenses, and sixty bags of groceries from
our pantry.
Pantry needs:
Please help us re-stock our pantry for coming weeks.
We need nonperishable items like peanut butter, pasta
sauce, pasta, cereal, small bags of rice, canned fish,
mac & cheese, canned beans, canned meat, canned
soup, canned fruit, canned vegetables, and meals-in-a-can.
Donations can be placed in the designated baskets near the Church
entrances, or in the donation barrel behind the glass counter near
the men’s room. God bless you!
